Where do I begin? Fast forward, mom's house recently closed for over $100k/25% more than we were prepared for. From the start Marc pointed out a number of minor repairs and improved cosmetics needed and that investing a little would bear significant rewards. Agreeing with his suggested modest budget, Marc took it from their, acted as our general contractor, securing vendors, supervised their work to completion in just a few weeks and presented us with offers even before our 1st and only open house. Within 48 hours we were in contract and again Marc handled everything from inspections, dealing with township, spearhead successful COO and every single step of the way through closing. To say Marc Feingold is hands down the most accommodating, hardest working real estate agent in New Jersey is an understatement. We had numerous choices of who to list our house with and are beyond totally satisfied with Marc Feingold's results!!
